Orders & Shipping

DUE TO COVID-19 AND HIGH VOLUME, WE ARE EXPERIENCING SHIPPING DELAYS. WE EXPECT YOUR ORDER TO SHIP OUT 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. THE TIME IT TAKES FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE AT ITS DESTINATION WILL DEPEND ON THE SHIPPING SERVICE YOU SELECT AND THE SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED. 

Once your order has processed you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Our shipping warehouse is located in Oahu Hawaii.

Refer to your order confirmation email receipt which contains a link that will take you to your order status page.

We accept unworn bikinis and clothing bought from out oftheblueswim.com in new condition with tags and liners attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund for store credit only. Please note all items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We do not offer store credit at this time. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.

Out Of The Blue Accessories & Clothing: 

Tote Bags: all purchases are final, no refunds or exchanges

Bucket hats: all purchases are final, no refunds or exchanges

On our Sustainability page, you can find the two different materials we use for our swimsuits and what those materials are made out of! The material for each specific suit will be provided in the product's description.

Not a problem! If tags and sanitary liners are attached, you can use the pre-paid shipping label to send your items back in any packaging.

Any item marked final sale or purchased with a discount code for 30% or more is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Product & Sizing

Out Of The Blue are made with the highest quality recycled fabrics. To keep your Out Of The Blue Suits in tip top shape please follow our care instructions Hand-wash with a mild detergent in cold water only

  • Hang dry in the shade
  • Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron or use bleach
  • Do not leave rolled up wet or wring out
  • Avoid contact with rough surfaces as it can cause pulling of the fabric
  • High amounts of chlorine can ruin your bikini, make sure to wash immediately after use
  • Certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and fake tanning can stain or damage your bikini

To extend the life of your Out Of The Blue Suit we recommend rinsing immediately after use. Out Of The Blue does not take back wash or worn items.

If there is an item that you want, but it is out of stock add your email to the waitlist by going to that product page, selecting the size you want, and entering your email. It's that simple! We will email you when it becomes available again.

To effectively maintain the longevity and quality of your items, please follow the specific instructions located on the care label inside your garment. Each piece is uniquely designed and care instructions may vary.

The size chart serves a general guideline for helping you find your right size in Out Of The Blue Bikinis. If you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, you can always reach out to me on email or phone. Please include your bust, waist, and hip measurements with your note and we’ll help you out.

Yes! US customers may use the tracking number on the provided pre-paid shipping label to trace their package back to us. If you used a different shipping label, please use the tracking number provided on that label to trace your package.
